摘要
在秒流量方程的基础上,充分考虑厚度偏差和张力波动对速度的影响,推导并建立了1个冷连轧综合速度控制模型,并根据动态结构图配置了控制器。通过对比仿真研究,进一步优化了控制器参数,在某1 550 mm冷连轧生产应用中,将张力、厚度指标作为控制目标,速度参数作为控制对象,使张力波动从调整前的300 kg减小到目前的90 kg,动态响应效果和板形都得到明显改善,厚度误差也从原先的±5μm提高到了现在的±4μm。
On the basis of the mass flow equation and consideration of effects of thickness deviation and tension on rolling speed,a speed control model for cold tandem mill has been established.The configuration of controllers is implemented according to its dynamic chart.The parameters of the controller are further optimized based on simulation results.This model has been applied successfully in rolling process for a 1 550 mm cold tandem mill.The deviation of tension decreased from 300 kg to 90 kg,the error of thickness reduced from ±5 μm to ±4 μm.In addition,the dynamic response and strip shape were improved obviously.
