摘要
介绍了西门子S7-400系列PLC在厚板坯连铸机二次喷淋冷却水(通称二冷水)一级控制中的应用。结合西门子PLC的特点,通过对硬件选型配置、工业以太网网络设计以及软件设计,很好的实现连铸机二冷水的工艺控制要求。
This paper introduces the configuration and function of secondary cooling water control of continuous caster system for thick slab production realized at Level 1 PLC.With suitable hardware and ethernet configurations and software design,the Siemens S7-400 series PLC has been successfully apllied in steelmaking process with good performance.As a result,automatic control of secondary cooling water was implemented,good quality and high production of thick slab were achieved.
