PBL教学法与传统教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中的比较研究

Comparison and research between problem-based learning (PBL) and lecture-based learning (LBL) in oral mucosal diseases teaching

目的:与传统教学法比较,分析PBL教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中的教学效果。方法:通过"口腔黏膜病学考试"和"教学对象对PBL教学的调查问卷"两项指标对教学效果进行评价。结果:PBL教学内容较传统教学内容考试成绩提高(P<0.05)。在意见调查中,90%的受试学生认为PBL教学法在能力培养上优于传统教学法。结论:PBL教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中是可行的,其教学效果明显好于传统教学法。

Objective： To analyze the effects of PBL in oral mucosal diseases teaching by comparing with LBL. Methods ： The effects of teaching were estimated by the examination of oral mucosal diseases and the questionnaire. Results： The average scores of PBL group for examination are significantly higher than those of LBL group （P 〈 0.05）. The results of questionnaire show that more than 90 % of the students hold a positive attitude to PBL teaching. Conclusions： PBL is better than LBL, and is feasible in oral mucosal diseases teaching.
