Survey of specialty-free enrollment of cultivation modeamong medical students in a school of grade 08

目的:了解医学院实施大类招生培养模式过程中存在的问题,以便于调整和完善教学改革工作。方法:对实行大类招生培养的08级医学生,进行大类招生培养模式的问卷调查。结果:在改革实施过程中缺乏与学生的互动沟通,未能充分发挥学生的积极能动作用。结论:教学改革要充分考虑学生以及学校的实际情况,切实的从学生的角度调整各项工作。

Objective： To find out problems in the practice of the new mode of cultivation called specialty-free enrollment in medical school so as to enhance and perfect the reform work. Methods： A certain number of questionnaires were applied among the medical undergraduates of grade 08. Results： It has been shown that its lack of communication between teachers and students and a deficiency of fully activating students. Conclusion： Several actual conditions of both schools and students should be abundantly taken into account and every aspects of work should be adjusted in students＇ sake while making the reform.
