我国护理硕士专业学位建设的思考

Study on the master of nursing specialist construction in China

文章分析了我国专业学位发展和国外护理硕士专业学位的现状,并从培养目标、学科体系、课程设置、临床实践、导师队伍等五个方面对我国护理硕士专业学位建设进行了思考,提出了发展建议和举措。

This paper analyzes the development of profession degree in China and the status quo of master of nursing specialty abroad. The authors have made some thoughts on the master of nursing specialty construction in China from training objective, academic disciplines, currieulim building, clinical practice and tutor team, then, some suggestions have been put forward accordingly.
