摘要 介绍了阵列感应成像测井仪调试台架的设计。根据阵列感应测井仪的结构特点,将仪器调试分为线圈、线圈系和整机三个层级,并从元件级设计了各调试子系统。该调试系统采用主从式结构,主机和前端机通过以太网互联。基于嵌入式技术的前端机通过扩展总线控制线圈、线圈系和整机调试子系统。扩展总线在硬件实现上借鉴了PC104的自堆叠结构,使前端机和各调试功能板形成积木式组合,也使系统具有良好的可靠性和可扩展性。该系统已成功应用于阵列感应成像测井仪的产业化过程,并为新型线圈及线圈系设计提供了良好的测试平台。 A design of test-bench system for MIT is introduced.According to the structural characteristics of the Array induction logging tool,the test-bench focuses on coil,the coils and the whole tool.The three level subtest systems are formed from IC components.Principal and subordinate structure are employed.The host PC and the front-computer based on embedded technique interconnect via Ethernet are presented.The front-computer extends a self-define bus,applying the physical structure of the PC104 module,to access all kinds of subtest function boards.That makes the front-computer and subtest function boards to form a self-stacking module and enhances reliability and scalability.The test system is successfully applied to the process of MIT's industrialization and a good test platform for new coil and coils design.
