摘要
针对现有小口径弹药引信MEMS后坐保险机构只能在高发射过载下解除保险,在火箭弹引信上使用受限制,提出了一种能够在低发射过载下作用的MEMS后坐保险机构。该后坐保险机构结构参数与小口径榴弹引信后坐保险机构的最大区别在于Z型齿齿数和弹簧刚度。仿真结果表明,该后坐保险机构能够保证火箭弹引信在勤务处理过程中遇到意外跌落时的安全,并能在火箭弹引信所受低过载的发射环境力作用下可靠解除保险。
The current MEMS setback arming device for small caliber grenade fuze is limitied in the use of rocket fuze because it is armed only in the high shock overloading enviroment.To resolve this problem,a new MEMS setback arming device worked in low emission overload is put forward.The biggest differences between the two kinds of the structural parameters lie in the number of the zigzag teeth and the spring stiffness.Simulation results show that this setback arming device for rocket fuze can ensure the safety in the security service processing,and can reliably arm the fuze in low emission overload.
