摘要
以乙二胺、环氧氯丙烷、十二叔胺等为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,通过开环和季铵化反应合成了季铵盐型低聚表面活性剂。应用腐蚀失重法研究了其在盐酸介质中对A3碳钢的缓蚀及其吸附性能。实验结果表明,在10%(ω)HCL介质中对A3碳钢具有优异的缓蚀性能,表面活性剂分子能自发地吸附在A3钢表面,在40 mg/L时其缓蚀效率已达91.5%,吸附行为符合Langmuir吸附等温式。
A oligomeric surfactant with novel structure was synthesized with ethylenediamine,epichlorohydrin and dodecyl dimethyl amine by ring-opening reaction and quaternization reaction.Inhibition performance of oligomeric surfactants for corrosion of A3 steel in 10%(wt) HCl solution was investigated with weight-loss measurement.The results show that the oligomeric surfactants are good corrosion inhibiters,and the inhibition efficiency is 91.5% at its concentration of 40 mg/L.It can be spontaneously absorbed on the metal surface,and its adsorption behavior follows Langmuir's adsorption isotherm.
