放线菌F(12)产抑菌活性物质的初步研究

Study on Antibacterial Substances from Actinomycete F_(12)

为从放线菌F12产生的抑菌活性物质的提取提供理论依据。在低温水底土壤中分离筛选出一株放线菌,命名为F12。对其活化后进行摇床发酵,用杯碟法测其发酵产物对产气杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌1、霉菌2、霉菌3、酵母菌Y1、酵母菌Y2的抑制效果。结果显示:F12菌株的发酵液对产气杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有很好的抑制效果,对酵母菌Y1也有一定的抑制效果。对变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌1、霉菌2、霉菌3、酵母菌Y2没有明显的抑制效果。此方法简单,效果可靠,为寻求和开发新的微生物资源,对新抗生素的发现提供实验根据。

To find a theorical basis for the antibacterial substances extracting from Actinomyces F12.A actinomyces stain F12 was isolated from low-temperature water bottom soil.Shaker fermented after activation,and the inhibitory effects of fermentation product were tested to Bacillus aerogenes、Proteus、Staphylococcus aureus、Escherichia coli、Mold 3、 Mold 2、Mold 1、Yeast Y1、Yeast Y2 using plates method.The results showed that F12 Fermentation Liquok had good inhibitory effect to Bacillus aerogenes and Staphylococcus aureus,definite inhibitory effect to Yeasts Y1,but no apparent inhibitory effects to Proteus,E.coli,Streptomyces 1,sp 2,sp 3,Yeast Y2.This is a simple and effective method,which provides an experimental basis for developing new microorganisms resources and finding new antibiotics.
