摘要
通过三维软件Pro/e建立了钻井泵曲轴的三维模型,并对该三维模型进行了有限元建模。对曲轴进行了静态分析和模态分析,获得了曲轴的特征频率和相应的振型。计算结果为曲轴的结构优化和轻量化提供理论依据。
Throughing buit a three dimenional geomic modal,generated a finite element modal,loaded pressure.Ansys finite element analysis software was used to implement the calculation of static strength of the crankshaft and dynamic analysis.Thus obtaining characteristic frequency and the corresponding vibration mode.The results of the analysis provide theoretical basis for the design improvement and weight lighting of the cranksharft.
