摘要
文章提出了宽板弯曲变薄的两种理论解法,利用两种解法分别对理想塑性和线性硬化板材的弯曲变形进行了分析,推导出弯曲过程中宽板外表面半径、板料厚度、变薄系数、以及应变中性层内移系数等参数随弯板内半径变化的一系列理论解。通过实例计算,将计算结果与生产实际中广泛应用的实验数据进行比较,发现二者非常接近。
Two theoretical solution to thickness reduction of plastic bending sheet is presented,Utilize two method,the thin out of bending metal sheet with ideal plasticity and linear hardening character are analyzed separately,and the formula calculated the variation of the radius of out side suface,thickness of the sheet,thin out coefficient and the inward removal of neutral layer with the radius of the inside suface of bending sheet are derived.The result of theoretical calculation is compared with the experimental data that is used extensively in production reality.The result is shown that both the theoretical solution and the experimental data are very close.
