摘要
本文通过SRV 试验、Timken 试验和发动机挺杆的台架试验,发现了试件( 零件) 尽管很光滑,甚至是淬硬后精磨的表面的抗擦伤能力并不高,而粗糙度比前者高,但具有相当大的负轮廓偏斜度Rsk ,且具有相当大的轮廓微观不平度平均间距Sm 的表面具有较高的抗擦伤能力,这是由于它们具有较好支承面及众多“微油池”有利于润滑的结果。
By means of SRV test, Timken test and bench test on tappet of I.C. engine, this paper found out that the antigalling abilities for parts (components) being tested although quite smooth, even with quenched and ground surfaces were not too high, while the antigalling abilities were quite higher for those surfaces more rougher than the former but possess fairly big negative contour skewness RSK and considerable large mean spacing Sm of profile micro-inequality. This is due to the result of favorable to lubrication from their better bearing surface and multitudinous “micro oil pool”.
