细节管理在护理安全管理中的应用效果分析

目的探讨细节管理在护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法将我院实施细节管理后的各项指标与实施前进行比较。结果通过加强细节管理,规范了护理安全管理,我院的护理缺陷例数、护理纠纷例数、护理投诉例数明显降低,护理服务满意度明显提高,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过各项护理细节管理的完善,规范护理工作流程,提高了护理质量,从根本上减少护理纠纷的发生,保证医院护理工作的安全稳定和健康发展。

Objective To investigate the details of the management in safety management of care and results.Methods After hospital management of the implementation details of the indicators compared with before the implementation. Results By strengthening the details of the management,security management standardized care,hospital care and 1 defects in the number of cases,the number of nursing dispute cases,care significantly reduced the number of complaints from patients,nursing services,satisfaction was significantly improved compared with before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conc[usion The details of the care management to improve and standardize care processes,improve quality of care,nursing dispute to radically reduce the incidence of hospital care to ensure the security and stability and healthy development.
