文化是人类特有的一种现象,它构成了人的精神家园。中国传统文化博大精深,拥有丰富的执政智慧,这些精华之处值得我们当代青年领导干部去传承与弘扬因此,在传统文化的熏陶下,青年领导干部必须自觉加强人文修养,从而提高自身的执政能力和执政艺术。

Culture is a unique phenomenon of human being,which constitutes man＇s spiritual home.Chinese traditional culture is broad and profound,which has the rich wisdom of ruling,these essences are worth inheriting and promoting by our contemporary youth leaders.Therefore,under the influence of traditional culture,the youth leaders must consciously strengthen the humanities to improve their ability to govern and the ruling art.
