基于UG的汽车覆盖件模具螺钉智能系统的开发

摘要 本文针对当前汽车覆盖件模具螺钉零件的复杂性和多样性进行分析,采用UG二次开发技术,开发出覆盖件模具螺钉智能系统,以提高覆盖件模具的设计效率和设计质量,降低设计的复杂性,并且允许用户定义,编辑和删减不同的螺钉类型,提高螺钉设计的自由度和灵活性。在实际生产中,为模具公司缩短产品设计周期,提升产品的市场竞争力和增加公司的经济效益提供了技术保障。 This article analyzes the the complexity and fallibility for the screw component of the current automobile panel dies, a screw intelligent system for panel dies is designed through further development under the UG platform to raise the rated capacity and the reliability of the panel dies and reduce the complexity of design. It also allows the user to define, edit and delete different kinds of screw to raise the freedom and flexibility of design of screw. In practical production, this system supply technology security for die company to reduce the design period of product , improve the market competition of product and enhance the economic profit.
