摘要
本文以柜式空调器横条为例详细阐述了三板式潜伏浇口注射模具的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用典型的滑块与斜顶相结合的抽芯结构、多弹簧顶出复位系统,使得模具的使用寿命和町靠性大大提高;经过在实践中不断优化选材和热处理工艺、控制加工精度和改进配模技术。从而大大缩短了配模时间和模具的制造周期,提高了劳动生产效率,降低了模具的制造成本。
With the counter air-condition across bar as an example, the main design point and working process of the fallow gate mould of three plates are stated in detail. The service life and realiability of the mould is greatly improved by the typical angled-ejector and sliding-block structures and ejector-return system of many springs . The time of mould-make up and the cycle of mould making are greatly shortened by the optimize of select material and heat treatment technics ,the control of machining accuracy and the improvement of mouldmake up technique in practice.At the same time,the labour productivity is improved and the manufacture cost of the mould is geatly depressed.
