分布式系统由自制的多个ＣＰＵ 组成， 它们象一个整体一样协同工作， 使这些ＣＰＵ 负载平衡， 可以大大地改善性能， 本论文我们提出一系列设计动态负载平衡算法的原则和目标。

s distributed systems consist of autonomous CPUs that work together to make the complete system look like a single computer.Balancing the workloads of these CPUs can improve the performance greatly.In these paper we propose a set of strategies rules and goals to design the algorithm of dynamic load balancing.
