摘要
利用语音采集技术， 将应用系统的各种语汇直接采集并进行处理， 当系统需要时可随时识别与组合成当前语句， 以实现实时语音报告与报警。
The various glossaries in the application system are directly collected and processed using the speech collecting technique to recognize and synthesize the current sentence at any time when needed by the system,realizing real-time speech report and alarm.
