英国风电发展及其调度概述

当前技术条件下,风能是众多清洁能源中发展相对稳健的一种能源。由于地理位置优越,英国在风电开发上具有一定优势.此外,成熟的电力市场机制为风电的商业化运行提供了稳定的平台.当前英国电网中风力发电已占有了相当的比例,并规划了长远的发展目标.风机由于其电气特性和风能特点,存在一些常规发电厂没有的问题。基于此,简要介绍英国风电发展、调度特点以及存在的各类问题,并概括性综述大规模风能接入后电网公司面临的挑战以及一些解决方法和设想,为中国风力发电产业的发展提供参考.

Wind resource is a kind of relatively stable clean energy at present.Because of geographical advantage,the UK has some advantages in wind power development.In addition,the mature power market provides a stable platform for commercial operation of wind power.Although wind power of UK grid accounts for a considerable proportion in the current,it is a still a considerable gap from its objectives in 2020.And there are some problems that conventional power plants don＇t have,because of their electrical and wind characteristics.Combining with experience of authors,this paper describes the development and operation characteristics of wind power about UK,the existent various problems,and aims at the broadly reviewed penetrating of large-scale wind energy connected into the national grid,and challenges power grid companies facing as well as some ideas and solutions.They supply a reference for the wind power development in China.
