摘要
为解决变电站改造进度安排及关键线路施工计划的手工计算问题,分析变电站改造中关键线路计算的理论基础,设计变电站施工管理软件ECPM,自动计算出关键线路的施工计划,实现变电站改造进程的有效控制.实例分析表明,ECPM软件计算准确,效率高,适用于各种变电站改造的施工计划安排.
In order to solve the problem produced by manual calculation of progress control in substation reconstruction,the theories of critical paths calculation in substation reconstruction are analyzed in this paper.A software package ECPM is developed for the critical paths calculation with computer program.And the substation reconstruction progress can be controlled effectively.Through a progress control example in a substation reconstruction,the accuracy of the software package is demonstrated.Result shows that it is effective to apply the software to control the substation reconstruction progress and the efficiency is improved.
