摘要
光伏并网逆变器的效率是光伏发电系统的一个重要指标,该文从提高光伏并网逆变器效率的角度出发,针对不同的调制策略,分析了光伏并网逆变器主电路开关器件、滤波电感以及变压器的损耗,比较了两种空间矢量调制方法对逆变器效率的影响,得出优化方案,并在研制的100kW光伏并网逆变器进行了实验验证。
The eflfciency of the grid-connected PV inverter is an important index in PV system. Aiming at improving the eflficiency of grid-connected PV inverter, the losses of switching devices, filter inductor and transformer of grid-connected PV inverter were analyzed with different modulation schemes. The impacts of two space vector modulation schemes on the efficiency of inverters were compared in order to obtain an optimal solution. The experiment result of a lOOkW photovoltaic inverter was provided for the validation.
