银杏叶滴丸联合高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒临床观察

Clinical Observation of Folium Ginkgo Dripping Pills Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

目的:观察银杏叶滴丸联合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的临床疗效。方法:35例急性一氧化碳中毒患者随机分为2组。对照组17例,常规治疗(2～4周高压氧+必要的糖皮质激素+Vitc);治疗组18例,在对照组治疗基础上口服银杏叶滴丸,5粒,每天3次,服30天。对2组住院时间、入出院智能评分、神经伤残功能评分、随访迟发性脑病发病率等指标进行比较。结果:迟发性脑病发病率治疗组9.0%,对照组24.2%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。出院智能评分、神经伤残功能评分治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶滴丸联合高压氧治疗能明显改善一氧化碳中毒患者高级神经功能受损,减少迟发性脑病的发生。

Objective. To observe the effect of Folium Ginkgo Dripping Pills combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods.. Thirty-five cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（n=17）received conventional treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for 2 -4 weeks and glucocorticoid and Vitamin C when necessary. The treatment group（n=18） received Folium Ginkgo Dripping Pills （5 pills, tid） on the basis of the treatment for the control group. The treatment course lasted 30 days. Hospitalization time, intelligence scores, neurological disability scores, the incidence of delayed encephalopathy were compared before and after treatment. Results. The follow-up result showed that the incidence of delayed encephalopathy was 9.0% in the treatment group, and was 24.2% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the improvement of intelligence score and neurological disability scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Folium Ginkgo Dripping Pills combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly decrease the incidence of high-level neurological deficits and delayed encephalopathy in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning.
