中医药内外合用治疗有头疽临床观察

Clinical Observation of Oral Use and External Application of Chinese Herbal Medicine for Treatment of Carbuncle

目的:观察中医药内外合用治疗有头疽的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,每组各40例。对照组给予静脉滴注或口服有效的抗生素,同时外敷西药百多邦软膏治疗,治疗组采用中药口服加外用水调散治疗,30天为1疗程,治疗1疗程。结果:平均痊愈时间治疗组为(18.51±10.32)天,对照组为(28.33±12.96)天,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组总有效率比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗第10天、20天、30天的疮面愈合面积累计百分比均高于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药内外合用治疗有头疽确有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective. To observe the therapeutic effect of oral use and external application of Chinese herbal medicine for treatment of carbuncle. Methods： Eighty carbuncle patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics intravenously or orally, and with external application of Mupirocin Ointment. The treatment group received oral administration and external application of Chinese herbal medicine. One treatment course of thirty days was performed. Results： The mean healing time was （18.51 ± 10.32） days in the treatment group, and was （28.33 ± 12.96） days in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of the total effective rate between two groups was also significant（P 〈 0.05）. The cumulative percentage of wound healing area in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group 10, 20 and 30 days after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Oral use and external application of Chinese herbal medicine exerts certain effect for treatment of carbuncle, being worthy of promotion.
