摘要
本文研制了用计算机控制Dionex 2020 Ⅰ型离子色谱仪的装置。编制了计算机自动控制程序,信号采集和存取程序,分级淋洗程序和色谱数据分析处理程序。这套装置增加了分级淋洗功能,扩大了原系统的数据处理功能,提高了分析结果的准确度和精密度。使用这套装置,成功地用阴离子As-4A柱分离出实验样品中的无机阴离子、一元有机酸、二元有机酸和三元有机酸。
An automatic control, which consists of microcomputer, parallel interfaces and softwares, was developed for Dionex 2020i Ion Chromatography. The softwares including computer automatic controlling, signals collecting and restoring, step gradient elution controlling, data resolution were programed. This apparatus has control of inject/record synchronization, step gradient elution and resolution of data which has not supplied by Dionex 2020i Ion Chromatography. As an example, anion, monacid, diacid and triacid were successfully separated on the anion column As-4A.
