摘要
将脂质转移蛋白(LTP4)基因插入植物表达载体pBI121—35S,构建超表达载体pBI121—35S∶∶LTP4,通过农杆菌介导法将其转入拟南芥Arabidopsis thalianaColumbia生态型品种中,获得了卡那霉素筛选的抗性植株。PCR扩增验证及RT—PCR分析表明,该基因获得超表达。
Plant over-expression vector pBI121-35S∶∶LTP4,which was constructed by inserting lipid transfer proteins(LTP4) gene into plant expression vector pBI121-35S,was transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana Columbia via Agrobacterium-mediated method.And the kanamycin-resistant plants were obtained.Results from PCR amplification and RT-PCR analysis suggested that LTP4 gene had been transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana Columbia and overexpressed.
