油桐花芽分化期营养与激素生理变化研究 被引量:21

Physiological nutrition and hormone variations in Vernicia fordii during flower bud differentiation

摘要 采用油桐花芽为材料,测定其花芽分化过程中,体内营养物质(可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉、可溶性蛋白质)和内源激素(GAS、ABAI、AA、ZR)的含量变化和相关关系。结果表明:3种营养物质含量变化随花芽分化的进行均呈先升后降的"单峰"规律变化,但到达最大值时间有所不同。而内源激素含量变化则呈不同程度"双峰"规律变化。相关性分析进一步表明,营养物质、内源激素在花芽分化过程中存在显著差异,3种营养物质指标之间存在密切关系,各内源激素之间亦存在密切关系,并且营养物质、内源激素之间相互存在显著协同关系。 The flower buds of Vernicia fordii were used as materials.The variation and correlation of nutrient-soluble protein,soluble sugar-starch and endogenous hormones(GAS,ABA,IAA,ZR) in flower buds during different stage were analysed.The results indicate that the variation of nutrient was a singal peak but the the variation of was a double peak.The max content of soluble dissolvable total sugar at the 25th July while the soluble dissolvable starch content and the soluble protein content reached the peak content at the 15th August.Endogenous hormones contained GAS and ZR.The higher level of GAS and ZR was infavor of but higher level content of ABA and IAA delayed the flower bud differentiation.The ratio of four endogenous hormones also affected the flower bud differentiation.Correlation analysis indicated that the nutrient and endogenous hormones had significant differences during the flower bud differentiation,there was a close relationship among three nutrient indices,and the four endogenous hormomes also had the same tendency.Correlation between the physiological index showed their significant coorperation.
