摘要
对光皮树果实油成分进行了分析,采用合成的新型碱性离子液体[Bmim]OH,催化光皮树果实油,制备生物柴油。结果表明:光皮树果实油是制备生物柴油的一种理想原料,[Bmim]OH是一种催化性能高和稳定性好的新型催化剂,最优反应工艺为:催化剂用量为1.1%,醇油摩尔比为6∶1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为70 min。在此条件下,生物柴油转化率高达96.42%;重复使用6次后,生物柴油转化率还可达90%以上。
Based on chemical composition analysis of Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil,and adopting the new alkaline ionic liquid to catalyze the Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil,the synthesis technology of bio-diesel from C.wilsoniana fruit oil catalyzed with 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide(/OH) was studied.The results show that C.wilsoniana fruit oil was an ideal biodiesel feedstock,and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide(/OH) is a new catalyst with high activity and stability.The optimal parameters of bio-diesel processing were determined as follows: molar ratio of methanol to fruit oil,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time were 6∶1,0.9%,60℃ and 70 min,respectively.Under these conditions,the yield of mixed methyl ester was up to 96.42%.The ionic liquid/OH could be reused for 6 times without any disposal and the yield of mixed methyl ester remained above 90%.
