摘要
以能量30 kev/10 mA,不同剂量氮离子注入光皮桦Betula luminifera种子,用以研究离子注入后光皮桦幼苗生理生化指标的变化规律及其与注入剂量的内在关系,为光皮桦离子束诱变育种提供理论基础。结果表明:随着氮离子注入剂量的增大,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,而膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量则呈现先上升后降低再上升的变化趋势;在注入剂量为7×1016N+.cm-2时,MDA含量最低,此剂量是离子束处理光皮桦种子的适宜剂量。
The regularity of physiological and biochemical characters of Betula luminifera seedling and the internal relation with injected doses were studied with the energy of 30 kev/10mA,and different doses of nitrogen ion implantation to the seeds,in order to provide theoretical basis for ion-beam-induced mutation of Betula luminifera.The experimental results show that the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) increased first and then decreased,but malondialdehyde(MDA) content rised first,declined second and then rised again,varying with the increase of nitrogen ion implantation doses;the MDA content was minimum when the implantation dose was 7×10^16N^+·cm^-2,which was the appropriate dosage of ion beam processing of Betula luminifera seeds.
