摘要
目的观察依那普利联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法 选取我院糖尿病肾病患者76例,按住院的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组给予依那普利(5～10)mg/d;观察组给予前列腺素E1100μg加入生理盐水250mL,vd,1次/d,依那普利(5～10)mg加入生理盐水250mL中,1次/d,vd。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组在总有效率、治疗后BUN和Ccr与对照组治疗后比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后UAER两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病肾病疗效较好,可明显改善UAER、BUN和Ccr,值得临床推广。
Objective To observ the clinical effect of Enalapril combined with prostaglandin E1 on diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods Select 76 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group acording to the order,each group having 38 cases. Control group was given enalapril （5- 10）mg/d;Observation group received prostaglandin E1 100μg adding into 250ml normal saline,vd,once a day,and enalapril 5- 10mg was added in 250ml normal saline, once a day,vd. The effect of treatment between two groups was observed. Results The total effects of observation group,BUN and Ccr after treatment were significant differences （P〈0.05）;After treatment,there was a significant differences in UAER （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of enalapril combined with prostaglandin E1 on diabetic nephropathy is better,it can significantly improve UAER,BUN and Ccr and is worthy of clinical.
