Improvement of Nursing Coordination in Laparoscopic Uterine Myoma Excavation Operation

目的观察腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术护理配合的改进方法对手术时间及患者术后恢复时间的影响,进一步提高腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的护理配合水平。方法 在以往腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除手术护理配合的基础上对手术配合方法进行改进,并运用于2007年6月～2009年6月45例入我科行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的手术配合中(改进组),并与2006年3月～2007年5月45例行相同手术但未改进手术配合方法的患者(未改进组)进行比较,比较两组患者的术前SAS焦虑评分、手术平均时间、术中出血量及术后感染人数。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,无手术意外发生,但两组患者的术前SAS焦虑评分、手术平均时间、术中出血量及术后感染人数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改进组的以上指标要优于未改进组。结论随着腹腔镜技术的不断提高,手术配合的方法应不断改进,这样才能增加手术的安全性、节省手术时间、减轻患者的痛苦,对患者术后尽快恢复健康是很有必要的。

Objective To observe the effect of improvement of nursing methods on the time of surgery and time of postoperative recovery in laparoscopic uterine myoma excavation operation to further enhance the nursing coordination level. Methods We improved methods of nursing coordination in laparoscopic uterine myoma excavation operation on the basis of previous experience and applied to 45 cases of laparoscopic uterine myoma excavation operation from June 2007 to June 2009 （improvement group）, and compared with 45 cases of the same operaiton with nonimprovement of nursing coordination methods （non-improvement group） from March 2006 to May 2007. Preoperative SAS score, average time of operation, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative infections of the two groups were compared. Results All the patients successfully completed the operation and no operative accident occurred, but preoperative SAS score, average time of operation, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative infections of the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. The above indicators of improvement group were better than those of non-improvement group. Conclusion With the continuous improvement of laparoscopie techniques, methods of nursing coordination should be continued to improve, in order to increase the safety of operation, save time of surgery, relieve pain of patients and these are necessary for early restoring the health of patients after operation.
