综合护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者血压及妊娠结局的影响

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Blood Pressure in Pregnancy Induced Hypertension and Pregnancy Outcome

目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者血压及妊娠结局的影响。方法 76例妊娠高血压综合征患者根据护理干预方法的不同,随机分为对照组和干预组各38例,对照组常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上采取综合护理干预措施,包括精心的心理护理、子痫的护理、分娩期的护理、产后的护理,比较两组患者护理干预前后血压变化情况及对妊娠结局的影响。结果干预组的血压改变明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且干预组孕产妇早产、产后出血的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组妊娠结局中胎盘早剥、剖宫产的发生率明显低于对照组;胎儿结局的新生儿Apgar评分优于对照组(P<0.05),而胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过护理人员准确到位的心理护理,以及及时有效的治疗和子痫的护理、分娩期及产后的护理,可以促使产妇早日恢复健康,明显改善患者的血压,减少并发症的发生,降低胎儿宫内窘迫及窒息的发生率。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on blood pressure in pregnancy induced hypertension and pregnancy outcome. Methods 76 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension nursing interventions based on different randomly divided into control and intervention group,38 patients in the control group were taken usual care,intervention group were taken on the basis of nursing care interventions,comprehensive measures,including careful psychological care,nursing eclampsia, intrapartum care, postnatal care,patient care.two groups were compared before and after intervention and pregnancy outcome of blood pressure changed in the situation. Results Blood pressure changed in the intervention group than the control group（P〈0.01）. Pregnant women and preterm intervention group,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）,prcgnancy outcome in the intervention group,placental abruption,cesarean section were significantly in the control group,while the outcome of the newborn baby Apgar scores than the control group（P〈0.05 ）,and fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,perinatal mortality rate of children was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The exact place of psychological nursing care and effective treatment and care eclampsia, intrapartum care,postnatal care, can promote the early resumption of maternal health,improve blood pressure and reduce the incidence of complications,fetal distress and reduce the incidence of asphyxia.
