32层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对冠心病诊断的应用

32-slice CT Coronary Angiography in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

目的初步探讨32层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的临床应用价值。方法 采用GE LightSpeed Pro32多层螺旋CT机,对128例临床怀疑冠心病的患者进行冠状动脉CTA检查,并对影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果128例患者共计511支冠状动脉,其中能满足诊断要求的有485支;显示冠状动脉有狭窄的血管段共有167处,其中18个血管节段有单发软斑块,76个血管节段有单发钙化斑块,73个血管节段有多发斑块(包含钙化斑块)。结论 32层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像是一种微创、简便、优良的冠状动脉成像方法,可成为冠心病筛查的重要手段之一。

Objective To preliminarily study the clinical applications value of 32-sliCe spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods GE LightSpeed Pro32 using spiral CT,128 patients with suspected coronary artery disease in patients with coronary CTA examination,and image data were analyzed. Results In a total of 511 cases 128 patients of coronary artery,which can meet the diagnostic requirements of a 485,show a narrow vessel coronary artery segment 167,of which 18 vessels become weak segments of a single patch,there were 76 vessels a sing/e segment of calcified plaque,there were 73 more fat plaque vascular segments （including calcified plaque）. Conclusion 32-slice CT coronary aagiography is a noninvasive,simple and excellent method of coronary artery imaging,which can be an important means of screening for coronary heart disease.
