以痛为腧治疗肾绞痛疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Pain Point Needling for Renal Colic

将肾或输尿管结石引起肾绞痛患者２５１例，随机分为３组：治疗组８２例，以注射用水痛点皮内注射治疗，有效率为８５３７％；对照组Ⅰ８４例，采用度冷丁肌肉注射治疗，有效率为９２８６％；对照组Ⅱ８５例，采用黄体酮肌肉注射治疗，有效率为８９４１％。结果表明：３组比较，在统计学上差异无显著意义，χ２＝２２５９，Ｐ＞００５。

cases of renal colic induced by calculus of kidney and ureterolith were randomly divided into 3 groups:Treatment group (84 cases) received pain point intracutaneous injection of water for injection, with effective rate of 85 37%; Control group Ⅰ (84 cases) received intramuscular injection of dolantin,with effective rate of 92 86%; And control group Ⅱ (85 cases) received intramuscular injection of progesterone with effective rate of 89 41%.Statistical analysis indicates that there is no significant difference among the three groups in the effective rate.
