摘要
研究了乙烯基三氯硅烷的醇解反应,合成了乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,考察了不同溶剂、温度、N2流速、原料配比、投料方式等对产物收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。
Alcoholysis reaction of vinyltrichlorosilane and methanol or alcohol was studied.Vinyltrimethoxysilane and vinyltriethoxysilane were synthesized.The effects of different solvents and reacting conditions such as temperature,N2 flow,adding material were researched.
