摘要
以丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基乙醇胺(DMAEA)与溴乙烷为原料,合成具有抗菌性功能单体丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基乙基溴化铵(PEDAB),以此功能性单体与MMA、BA、BMA共聚,得到具有抗菌功能的聚合物。研究表明,在40℃,DMAEA与溴乙烷物质的量之比为1:2,以等体积的丙酮与乙醚的混合溶剂为反应溶剂,合成PEDAB产率为68.2%。以正丁醇为溶剂在100℃下,引发剂(BPO)的加入量为1%时,得到性能优良的高聚物。抗菌性检测表明在合成高聚物过程中PEDAB的加入量达到8%时,高聚物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌及黑曲霉的抗菌率达到99%。
An antibacterial monomer propylene ethyl dimethyl ammonium bromide(PEDAB) was synthesized by DMAEA and ethyl bromide.The antibacterial function of polymer was obtained by PEDAB,MMA,BA,and BMA polymerized.The results showed that at 40℃,the molar ratio of DMAEA and ethyl bromide 1:2,an equal volume of acetone and ether as the mixed solvents,the rate of production of PEDAB was 68.2%.This perfect performance of polymer was obtained with n-butyl as solvent,the temperature of 100℃,the initiator(BPO) of 1%.The antimicrobial tests showed that the antibacterial rate of polymer was 99% for Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Aspergillus niger when the amount of PEDAB was added 8% in the process of synthesizing polymer.
