Study on relationship between learning factors and social adaptation of undergraduates

摘要 目的了解选修课及其他学习因素与大学生社会适应状况的关系,为提高大学生社会适应能力提供依据。方法以随机抽样的方法抽取调查对象,并收集大样本数据,运用检验、方差分析描述学习因素与大学生社会适应状况的关系。结果女生在总社会适应状况方面优于男生,差异有统计学意义(t=5.309,P<0.01);在校综合测评排名靠前、对学习感兴趣、学习主动性强的大学生在社会适应状况方面的表现相对较好;选修课种类对大学生的社会适应状况影响较弱,从选修课中获益的大学生的社会适应状况优于没有从选修课中获益的大学生。结论激发大学生的学习兴趣、学习动机,以及按照大学生的需求设置选修课,让大学生在选修课中获益有利于提高大学生社会适应能力。 Objective To understand the relationship between the elective courses and other learning factors and social adaption of undergraduates, so as to provide the evidence for enhancing students' social adaption ability. Methods College students were selected with the multistage sampling method and investigated. The collected large sample data were analyzed statistically to explore the relationship between the learning factors and social adaption. Results Female students excelled the male students in the total social adaptation. College students being top in comprehensive evaluation, and with learning interest and learning initiative, relatively played better in social adaptation than the common students. The kinds of elective course showed weak effect on social adaptation, and the social adaption of college students who benefited from selective courses were better than others. Conclusions To stimulate learning interest and learning initiative, and to set selective courses according to the students' interests can enhance college students' ability of social adaptation.
