摘要
目的观察赛庚啶与维脑路通合用治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组给予赛庚啶2 mg,3次/d,同时给维脑路通400 mg加入5%GS液体内静脉滴注1次/d,7 d后改口服200 mg,3次/d,连用3周,共4周为1个疗程。对照组给尼莫地平40 mg,3次/d,口服,疗程与治疗组相同。结果治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赛庚啶与维脑路通联合治疗偏头痛疗效显著,价格低、用药方便、不良反应少。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of cyproheptadine combined with venoruton on migraine. Methods A total of 64 patients with migraine were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 32 cases each. The patients in the treatment group were administered with cyproheptadine 2 mg, 3 times a day for 4 weeks, combined with venoruton 400 mg intravenously, 1 time a day for 7 days, then venoruton 200 rag, 3 times a day orally for 3 weeks, and 4 weeks were as a course. The patients in the control group received nimodipine 40 mg, 3 times a day orally for 4 weeks. Results The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the side effects were less. Conclusions Cyproheptadine combined with venoruton in the treatment of migraine is effective, convenient and the side effects are less and the price is low.
