教育部查新站文献信息资源保障体系建设探讨

Discussion of the Construction of the Literature Information Resources Guarantee System for the Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval at Stations Authorized by the Ministry of Education

针对纸质文献、电子资源、国际联机检索系统、自建特色文献资源四部分内容,调研与分析教育部查新站文献信息资源保障体系的现状,揭示存在的问题,提出加强查新站文献信息资源保障体系建设的五点建议:①促进信息资源的共建共享;②建立虚拟的查新站联合体;③构建"四级互补"信息资源保障体系;④形成多元化的查新信息资源;⑤加强免费网络资源的开发利用。

For the four parts of literature resources, such as paper documents, electronic resources, international online retrieval system, self-buih characteristic literature resources, the paper investigates and analyzes the status of the literature information resources guarantee system for the novelty retrieval at stations authorized by the Ministry of Education,and reveals its problems. Finally it puts forward five proposals to strengthen the literature information resources guarantee system for the novelty retrieval stations： promoting the construction and sharing of information resources, establishing the virtual union of novelty retrieval stations, constructing the literature information resources guarantee system from ＇ four complementary parts＇ , forming diversified novelty retrieval resources, enhancing the development and utilization of the free network resources.
