壮肾固精方联合厄贝沙坦对Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者24小时尿蛋白定量的影响

The Impact of ZhuangShen GuJing United Irbesartan on Diabetic Nephropathy of Urinary Protrin in 24 Hour Stage Ⅲ

目的:评价壮肾固精方联合厄贝沙坦对Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者24小时尿蛋白定量的影响。方法:对照组26例常规治疗;治疗组28例在常规治疗的基础上加壮肾固精方。结果:治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量差值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量及差值2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮肾固精方联合厄贝沙坦可有效减少早期糖尿病肾病的24小时尿蛋白定量。

Objective：To evaluate the efficiency of renal ZhuangShen GuJing united irbesartan in treatingt of early diabetic nephropathy of Urinary protein in 24 hour.Methods：The control group,26 cases,used conventional treatment;28 patients treated with ZhuangShen GuJing on the basis of conventional therapy.Results：After treatment： the urinary protein excretion between 24 hours were different,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）;compared before and after treatment：After treatment,24-hour urine protein was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）,after treatment,24-hour urine protein excretionand the difference between the 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：ZhuangShen GuJing united irbesartan can be effective in reducing the urine protein of diabetic nephropathy in 24-hour.
