通冠丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Observed the Efficacy of Treating Coronary Heart Disease and Angina with TongGuan Pills

目的:观察通冠丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将140例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组80例与对照组60例。对照组给予消心痛等常规治疗,治疗组在给予消心痛等常规治疗的基础上联合通冠丸治疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后,分别对治疗前后临床症状、动态心电图等变化进行观察,对比疗效。结果:心电图疗效治疗组总有效率85.0%,对照组总有效率68.3%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床疗效治疗组总有效率93.8%,对照组总有效率75%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通冠丸治疗冠心病心绞痛能改善冠心病的临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,改善缺血性心电图表现,提高运动耐量,改善患者生活质量,提高冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of treating coronary heart diseases and angina with TongGuan pills.Methods：the patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the treatment group（80 cases）was treated with TongGuan pill therapy united XiaoXinTong conventional treatment,while the control group（60 cases） was treated with oral administation of XiaoXinTong.All the patients were given treatment for two weeks.After 2 treatment courses,observed the clinical symptoms and dynamic changes of electrocardiogram,respectively,contrast effect.Results：The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was apparently superior to that of the control group（P0.05）,the rate of the treatment group and the control group were 85.0% and 68.3% respectively;by contrast the clinical efficiency,The total effective rate in treatment group 93.8%,control group rate was 75%,2 groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：TongGuan pill therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,improve ischemic ECG performance,increased exercise tolerance,improve the life quality of patient and improve treatment efficiency of angina pectoris significantly.
