社区中医综合干预方案治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Community TCM Comprehensive Intervention of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察社区中医综合干预方案治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选条件的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行社区免费综合中医特色治疗,分为单号组及双号组,单号组给予针灸、膏药贴敷加腰椎牵引治疗;双号组给予推拿、针灸加中药烫疗治疗;2组治疗3个疗程后评价疗效。结果:2组临床痊愈21例,占35%;显效31例,占53%;有效8例,占13%,无效0例,总有效率100%。结论:腰椎间盘突出症社区内中医治疗操作简便,危险性小,效果理想,同时保障了中医药适宜技术的开展和服务人群的扩大。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of TCM community comprehensive intervention of lumbar disc herniation patients.Method：60 cases with lumbar disc herniation were treated by TCM features comprehensive,and divied 2 groups.Single number group recevied treatment of acupuncture,plaster and lumbar traction.Double mumber group recevied treatment of manipulation,acupuncture,Chinese medicine hot therapy.The two groups were evaluate the efficacy after 3 medications.Results：21 patients clinically cured,accounting for 35%;31 cases markedly,accounting for 53%;effective in 8 cases,accounting for 13%,invalid 0 case,the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：The treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the community medicine is simple,and the risk is small,the results are satisfactory,guaranteeing the appropriate technology in the pharmaceutical development and services of the crowd.
