有机自旋阀研究进展

摘要 巨磁阻效应的发现为人类开辟了一个新领域——自旋电子学,它涉及物理、材料、化学以及电子工程学等多个学科,必将成为21世纪基础研究的主角之一。有机自旋阀作为自旋电子学中的一个重要分支,相对于传统无机自旋阀有着不可比拟的优势。作者简要分析了有机自旋阀的研究背景以及近十年来的研究进展,并提出当前面临的问题和对未来的展望。 The discovery of giant magnetoresistance effect opens a new research field--spintronics, which involves physics, materials, chemistry and electronic engineering. It will definitely be one of the leading roles in the fundamental research in 21st century. Organic spin valves, as one of important branches of spintronics, have great predominance o- ver inorganic spin valves. In the paper, the recent advances in organic spin valves have been analyzed, and the facing problems as well as prospects have also been discussed briefly.
