摘要
目的:探讨Fas抗原和凋亡率与再生障碍性贫血(再障)发病机制的关系。方法:应用流式细胞仪测定26 例再障患者骨髓单个核细胞(MNC)Fas表达率及凋亡率,其中急性再障11 例,慢性再障15 例,10 例正常人作对照。结果:再障患者Fas表达率及凋亡率均高于对照(P< 0.05);急性再障Fas表达率及凋亡率高于慢性再障,但差异无显著性(P> 0.05)。结论:再障骨髓MNC的Fas表达率和凋亡率增高,推测与再障发病机制有关。
Objective:To explore the relationship between Fas antigen and apoptotic rates and pathological mechanism of aplastic anemia.Method:Determining Fas antigen expressing rates and apoptotic rates of marrow mononuclear cells(MNC) by flow cytometry in 26 patients with aplastic anemia(AA),including acute AA (AAA) 11 cases and chronic AA (CAA) 15 cases ,10 healthy subjects acted as controls.Result:Fas antigen expressing rates and apoptotic rates of AA were higher than those of controls.P< 0.05 ;Fas antigen expressing rates and apoptotic rates of AAA were higher than those of CAA,but there was no significant difference,P> 0.05 .Conclusion:Fas antigen expressing rate and apoptotic rates increased in marrow MNCs of AA,which presumedly related to pathological mechanism of AA.
