钢瓶检验数据自动化采集系统的设计

摘要 压缩天然气钢瓶检验对天然气能源的应用和发展尤为重要。研究设计了基于监视与控制通用系统MCGS组态软件的天然气钢瓶检验监控设备,重点介绍了钢瓶检验原理、系统硬件组成及软件设计。通过对钢瓶各检验项目进行监测,可以实时监控检验流程、检验压力/温度等参数,得到检验结果。该系统在技术和经济上满足钢瓶检验的要求,提高了检验结果的准确性和检验过程的安全性。 Inspection of the steel cylinders for compressed natural gas(CNG) is very important to the application and development of the energy resource of natural gas.The inspection and monitoring system for steel cylinders based on monitor and control generated system configuration software has been researched and designed.The detection principle,system hardware composition and software design are introduced emphatically.Through inspecting various items for the steel cylinders,the inspection process,the inspecting parameters,e.g.,pressure and temperature,etc.,and the result of inspection can be monitored in real time.This system meets both technical and economical requirements for the inspection;and enhances the correctness of the test results and security of the test process.
