摘要
研究了利用ADE7753电能计量芯片和MSP430F412单片机设计单相电能表的基本方法。该方法采用汇编语言进行MSP430单片机编程,对ADE7753采集的各种电力参数的计算、校正、显示和存储实行控制,并通过试验建立了数据表。同时,采用滤波算法和分段曲线拟合等方法对电能表测量结果进行了优化处理,提高了测量精度。所测得的信息均可通过RS-485与上位机通信,实现了远程控制和抄表,此方法具有一定的应用价值。
The method of designing single-phase energy meter by adopting ADE7753 energy chip and MSP430F412 MCU is studied.With programming assembly language,the MSP430 chip controls the data collection of ADE7753 and the calculation,correction,display and storage of various power parameters;and establishes data table via experiments.In addition,by adopting filtering algorithm and sectional curve fitting,etc.,the measuring results of energy meter are optimized to implement highly precise measurement.All the information measured can communicate with the host PC through RS-485 port for realizing remote control and meter reading.This offers certain applicable value.
