摘要
针对室内空气污染源的多样性与传统气体检测器检测种类的单一性的矛盾,设计了一种能够同时检测多种气体的新型便携式光离子化气体检测仪。该检测仪采用了MEMS结构的离子化室和混合信号级微处理器C8051F040,减小了仪器体积,降低了仪器功耗。利用单片机控制电流跨导增益的方法,实现了仪器的双量程数据采集功能,保证了仪器在两个量程的测量时均具有较好的检测精度。该仪器适用范围广,自动化程度高,实际应用效果良好。
In order to solve the conflict between the variety of indoor air pollution sources and the types of traditional gas detector are unitary,the novel portable photo-ionization gas detector that can simultaneously detect multiple gases has been designed.The detector is composed of the ionization chamber with MEMS structure and the microprocessor C8051F040 of mixed signal level to make the instrument compact and low power consumption.By adopting the single chip computer to control current transconductance gain,the dual range data acquisition function is implemented.This ensures that the instrument features better accuracy for measurement in two measuring ranges.The instrument is suitable for wide applicable scopes with high automation level and the practical result is excellent.
