柔红霉素和三尖杉酯碱对急性髓性白血病细胞体外细胞毒性的相关研究

Study on the Correlation Between Cytotoxicity of Daunorubicine and Harringtonine to Acute Myeloblastic Leukemic Cells in Vitro

目的：化疗药物对急性髓性白血病细胞体外毒性进行相关性研究。方法：用微孔液体培养、ＭＴＴ法检测柔红霉素（ＤＮＲ）和三尖杉酯碱（Ｈ）对３９ 例急性髓性白血病（ＡＭＬ）患者白血病细胞的细胞毒性。结果：显示二者的细胞毒性呈直线正相关（ｒ＝ ０．７２９０，Ｐ＜ ０．０００５）。结论：白血病细胞对上述两种药物有交叉耐药性。

Objective:To study the correlation between cytotoxicity of daunorubicine (DNR) and harringtonine (H) to leukemic cells in vitro from 39 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML).Method: MTT assay in microwell liquid culture was used.Result:It was found there was linear positive correlation between the cytotoxicity of DNR and Harr (r= 0.7290 ,P< 0.0005 ).Conclusion:The results indicated that there was cross resistance between DNR and Harr for AML cells.
