沥青稳定碎石基层抗永久变形性能试验研究

Research on Anti-Permanent Deformation Performance of Asphalt Treated Base

抗永久变形性能是沥青稳定碎石基层的重要性能指标.通过车辙试验,对不同级配沥青混合料在不同时间下的变形和动稳定度进行系统的研究,并对试验数据进行了分析.结果表明,在三种类型沥青稳定碎石基层混合料中,BLF类型混合料的竖向变形最小、动稳定度最大,抗永久变形性能最好.沥青稳定碎石基层由于其公称最大粒径较大、沥青用量较小,动稳定度指标较沥青面层沥青混凝土高,抗永久变形性能更好.

Anti-permanent deformation is very important index during the application of asphalt treated base.Based on rut-depth testing,deformation and dynamic stability were studied through different gradations and periods and test results were analyzed.The test results showed the permanent deformation performance and dynamic stability of BLF mixture is the best among the three mixtures.Because of the particles with comparatively big size,the asphalt treated base has higher dynamic stability and better permanent deformation than asphalt surface.
