摘要
马钢车轮公司LINSINGER圆盘冷锯在使用过程中,经常出现推钢机柱塞被推弯的现象,通过调查在2009年上半年就出项过3次,其中1天出现过2次推钢机故障,给备件组织带来很大压力,同时给安全生产带来隐患。该问题的产生存在很多不确定因素,其中有人为因素、机器本身因素及环境因素等,许多因素都有可能影响到该故障现象的产生。文中详细分析了发生问题的根本原因并提出了解决办法。
The pusher on the LINSINGER disc cold saw at Masteel＇s Wheel and Tyre Company often has its plunger bent.Three such accidents occurred in the first half of 2009,of which two happened in one day,bringing much pressure on spare parts organization and big problem to safe production.A number of uncertain factors might attribute to this problem,including human factor,machine factor and environmental factor.The root cause of the problem is analyzed in detail and solutions are also proposed.
