摘要
在加入相转移催化剂苄基三乙基氯化铵(BTEAC)作用下,将原料2-磺基苯乙酸通过亚硫酰氯进行酰化制得2-磺基苯乙酰氯。通过均匀设计与优化试验,并借助SAS软件三维曲面图形表示,考察了各因素与反应收率的影响。结果表明,当2-磺基苯乙酸与亚硫酰氯的物质量之比为1:2.5,加热温度为45℃,反应时间5小时,反应收率可达69.9%。通过IR、1H-NMR对目标产物进行了表征。
2-Sulfophenylacetyl chloride was prepared from raw 2-sulfophenylacetic acid by using phase transfer catalyst benzyltriethylammonium chloride(BTEAC).With the aid of SAS' three-dimensional figure,the effects of factors on the yield of the product were investigated based on the uniform design and optimization.It was found that the yield can reach 69.9% under the optimal conditions with the ratio of 2-sulfophenylacetic acid and thionyl chloride 1:2.5 at heating temperature 45℃ for 5 hours.The final objective product was characterized and confirmed by IR and 1H-NMR.
